  • An HR Manager for you and your employees who offers an on-going safety net of support so you don't have to do HR alone.

HR can be complicated and my goal is to focus on balance and simplification for you. With over 20 years of hands-on HR leadership roles, I've served a number of different business sectors (manufacturing, engineering, IT, financial services, retail, business services, non-profit). I excel at practical problem-solving, developing creative solutions, and being your trusted HR Business Partner.

As a professional certified in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP), you can be confident that you have a knowledgeable professional endorsed by professional associations that set the standard for HR rigor, excellence and expertise.


In addition to a successful career in corporate HR, I served several years with the Greater Cincinnati HR Association (a chapter of the national Society for HR Management), with my last official board role as President/CEO for this 600+ member professional organization. I have a love-hate relationship with running and have completed over 11 full marathons and over 15 half marathons. My husband Tim and I happily made Raleigh, NC our home in 2016. I'm the proud mom to Zach who is a Division I student-athlete at Liberty University, also my alma mater! Go Flames!
