Debra serves as the Principal Consultant to all of our clients and brings nearly 30 years of HR experience in engineering, technology, manufacturing, service, and non-profit organizations.  She excels at creating solutions to help them recruit, retain, and develop the people that make their organizations successful.  

Debra provides a wide range of outsourced HR support in the areas of Strategy, Recruitment, Training & Development, Benefits & Compensation, Employee Relations, Recordkeeping & Legal Compliance.   

As a business owner and experienced human resources professional herself, Debra has a deep understanding and empathy for the challenges that business owners face. She is able to leverage her unique experience to connect with and customize the best solutions for our clients.
