As the founder, CEO and our Principal Consultant, Debra leverages over 20 years of diverse HR experience across various industries, including healthcare, professional services, hospitality, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and non-profits. 

Her expertise lies in crafting tailored strategies for recruiting, retaining, and developing talent and workplaces that lead to organizational success.

With a background in both entrepreneurship and HR, Debra intimately understands the challenges business owners encounter. Her ability to empathize and draw from her own experiences enables her to personalize top-notch solutions for our clients.

In addition to over 20 years of HR leadership experience across multiple industries, Debra holds two HR certifications, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Education.    She has also been actively involved in her professional community, previously serving as the CEO of the Greater Cincinnati HR Association.
