Founder & CEO


She serves as the Sr. HR Consultant to all of our clients and brings nearly 30 years of HR experience in engineering, technology, manufacturing, service, and non-profit organizations.  She excels at creating solutions to help them recruit, retain, and develop the people that make their organizations successful.  


Debra provides a wide range of outsourced HR support in the areas of Strategy, Recruitment, Training & Development, Benefits & Compensation, Employee Relations, Recordkeeping & Legal Compliance.   As a business owner and experienced human resources professional herself, Debra has a deep understanding and empathy for the challenges that business owners face. She is able to leverage her unique experience to connect with and customize the best solutions for our clients.

HR Consultant


Scarlett brings over 25 years of HR and administrative experience to our team.  She has experience working in a variety of industries and brings that experience to UpLevel HR Solutions to support our clients and CEO.


Scarlett's professional career has spanned across various industries and includes leading and supporting HR efforts around staffing, training, benefits administration, HR systems.


Scarlett has a BS degree from Brigham Young University and a Certificate in HR Management from Duke University.

Sue Galloway

Sue Galloway

Executive Assistant


Sue has over 15 years of administrative support experience in multiple industries including banking, real estate, education, and logistics.  She is an organizational and administrative support expert with an Associates Degree from Eastern Shore Community College.  


Sue works with our clients in HR record-keeping, workplace compliance, and our Learning Management System by enrolling employees and providing progress reports to the client.  In addition, Sue provides support to our CEO with scheduling, project management, and other administrative duties.


Sue and her husband live in Wilmington, NC and enjoy traveling and all things coastal.
