Hello!

UpLevel HR Consulting was started because we realized there was a large gap that many small businesses were facing. These businesses needed the same HR expertise that larger organizations had but needed solutions with them in mind. 


Our goal is to deliver timely and relevant Human Resource support that connects people and strategy and helps businesses and people thrive. The work of HR can be complicated and ever-changing, so we focus on simplification and balance.

As both an entrepreneur and HR leader, I know firsthand the weight of running a successful business.   My goal is to provide business owners with peace of mind and more time to focus where their business needs them most. 


My approach combines proven HR strategies with practical, real-world solutions.   Over the past 2+ decades, I've had the privilege of practicing HR in various spaces, including professional services, healthcare, tech, hospitality, engineering, manufacturing, and non-profits.  This diverse experience has taught me that while every organization is unique, the fundamentals of great HR remain the same: it's all about understanding people and creating environments where they can do their best work.


This is why we focus on building strategic HR foundations and smart risk management strategies that not only protect your business but set it up for sustainable growth. By getting these fundamentals right – from compliance to culture – we create a place in which your business can grow and thrive.
