HR Business Partner on Retainer

The HRBP program is ideal when the HR function is being managed by the owner, finance, or another executive team member.  We become a trusted extension of your leadership team and an ongoing resource to your staff providing top of mind and behind the scenes advice, counsel, and support.

We'll set a monthly budget with you based on your business needs and staff size.  We'll provide tactical support that includes creating your HR foundation through policies, practices, and systems and strategic support that aligns with and impacts business outcomes.  We provide:

• HR administrative support with recordkeeping, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance.
